RE:RE:from Stockwatch

RE:RE:from StockwatchPresent board to date:
- 2 small and dismal asset sales, gave away the assets
- 7 board iterations since FF held them accountable, pure admission of goveranance guilt, especially when you consider they recommended the old slate at the AGM just over 60 days ago
- Corp director, Jay Reid, has massive conflict and then quietly steps down in their circular (admission of guilt)
- Fights true shareholder and incurs massive fees that shareholders underwrite
- $18mm runrate G&A since the Special Committee formed.....offensive. And why should they care? they own what, 0.04%?
- Fires the CEO and CFO with no plan, annoucne an exec search 207 days into the process
- sets the record for worst trasnaction metrics in 2013 for divestitures
- puts up board members that protect exisiting directors.......just so they won't be held accountable

It's simple in my mind......FF owns stock, FF will be an insider as they'll have board repersentation....they will be subject to blackouts....they will get paid when the share price goes up.....how can you not support this?? The performance of the exisiting board is HORRIBLE and not aligned at all with shareholders.
