RE:Insider Ownershiphttps://www.sedi.ca/sedi/SVTItdSelectInsider?locale=en_CA
This is the best site in Canada for insider ownership. Having said that, it is still extremely clunky and frustrating to use and gives errors, but better than anything else out there.
Once you are on the site go to the upper right corner and click on access public filings. Then click on view summary reports. Then click on insider transaction detail, click next. Then fill out the form about the person you are researching. Then if you have done everything right you will get pretty good information. Make sure you put his name as James Taylor or it will just say you messed up, but it won't tell why.
Jim Taylor owns 120,000 shares. 66,667 were acquired through options priced at $0.205. He bought 20,000 in a private placement at $0.65 in 2007 and he owned 33,333 shares when he first signed on to SEDI.
He holds 195,000 options of which 100,000 priced at $0.45 which were granted by the new board in September 2012 also 50,000 priced at $0.60 by the previous board and 30,000 options priced at $0.33 by the board previous to the previous board, whew!
Of note on March 23, 2013, he let 45,000 priced options priced at $0.48 expire without excercising them. Apparently he didn't think Nordex was worth that much at that time. He is not heavily invested in the company. If it goes belly up he really doesn't have much of a loss.
