RE:Halted at the openInteresting that this halt was asked by IIROC and not the company.  Typically when the company wishes to announce news you have the following as per IIROC's site;

Reason: At the Request of the Company Pending News

In HF's case the only have this comment;

Reason: Pending News

This leads me to believe that the company wasn't planning this and perhaps is being forced by the regulators to disclose something.  By the time they contact everyone and get the lawyers to sign off on the press release it is not surprising we have no news so far.
