RE:RE:Here is the management concerns.....

RE:RE:Here is the management concerns.....JR.... I agree with what you are saying but I do believe the people here who stock these boards attacking the longs (we know these people) will always come up with reasons to bash the company.... Without a timeline they will say that financing is not even in the cards and not even progressing...

As a long I am somewhat frustrtated as well as they do push out teh timelines, but I have worked on large projects and I do know these timelines get pushed back.  Why??  Because you are working on other peoples timelines and they need to do exceptional DD on the project to ensure funding is warranted.... You don't hand  out 600 million without ensuring the company can pay it back!

The general potash market in my opinion has also caused some delay as they are no doubt looking at the current situation and will need to determine the viability based on $300 potash.

So if teh project is pushed back to Q1 possibly Q2 2014 then so be it... At least we know financing discussions and DD is on going and the company is moving forward.

As stated if teh company delays again after the current deadlines then one would have to reconsider.  At this point I am still confident financing will come through.  I am basing  this on the BFS study, location to market and the most importantant being the OPEX and how it compares below.
