There are questions that many should ask, such as:why has the share price collapsed from all time hight around $62 to 0.84 cents today ( over %98.5 drop)?....Why is the same management and directors still on their job? what does it take for board and the management to get fired in canada? what happened to Marmato? if there is so much gold then why does the share price declining? market cap has dropped from $600mil to less than $15mil ...how does that math work and why? why are they doing a financing at these levels when the dilution will all but finish off the long and mid term investors? (i personally am not convinced of the reason given for the funding)...the Management reverse split the shares massively for the second time and they gave the reason that, that would make it attractive to the institutions but yet here we are? there are so many questions that need answering...it is because of such companies that i always say: Boys go to Colombia but Men go to Venezuela....Venezuela even under current misery is far superios than Colombia...I believe Colombia as an investment destination is all but finished for at least a generation...there is only one way to describe the share performance of this company and that is Catastrophe ....this is all my own opinion and i urge you all to do your own due diligence as i have been wrong on many occasions and i could very easily be wrong this time as well
