no this is the adr -- WHICH JUST MEANS THEY ARE lOGITECK SHARES THAT ARE SEGREAGATED and then sponsored by a NA firm/Bank and trade there as a segregated pool....
it has been traded in NA for a lot of years --- I have held the adrs  for 6 years... I added 7 fold to my position at 7.50 luckily, after doing actual store chanel checks on there product quality and volumes.... This gave me the confidence to back up the truck when all analysts were negative...
