The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

In a release Friday, the company said it always maintained it was being attacked by “a group of well-organized and well planned illegal short sellers trying to profit by manipulating Silvercorp's share price with false and selective statements, fabrications, and rumours.”

The Vancouver-based miner, which is the primary silver producer in China, added it was pleased to see regulators taking action on the matter.

Is PCY being attacked by these people ?
