The Company also manufactures expansion tanks, commercial solar water heating systems, swimming pool and spa heaters, related products and parts. Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

It does not matter what some here think, management will decide what the money will be used for.

Instead, try to find out when the company will finally receive the money and how much?

If it is $56 million management is asking for.

Once the company received the money and you are not happy what it will be used for, you can always sell and move on.
