The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Isn't it $35,000 monthly pay and rest is supposed to be reimbursement of expenses?

"FACT-- CEO sold 113,000 shares at $0.075.  Transaction #2346776"

On Sept 30, 2013, I think John BOUGHT 113,000 shares and 100,000 shares at 7.5 cents in the open market.
