We simply look to the volume for confirmation to know, Money has showed and is being played across the table here. There are sellers and buyers making the transaction complete.
I have faith! Many companies cut their Divi's IAM Gold did as others, I suspecy SCP will also bring it back.

Since the charts are turning bullish , this might be a play for the momo traders as well.
