RE:closing 2013 and opening 2014

Without a doubt StoneMan45,

With tomorrow being the last day ( if Im not mistaken) for tax-loss selling, I believe we should see VRS find some stability and solid ground, unless of course some investors choose to take some profits prior to the years end.
