Heibi and Alderon: is it Consequential?

Heibi and Alderon: is it Consequential?Consider that 2 Heibi individuals sit on Alderon's board. Consider that the Chairman stepped down early December at the very least. We know that because his replacement made announcements to  Heibi management, according to the story, on Dec 9th. So, I ask, is this old news or new news? That is, is it new news to we retail investors? Certainly, it is old news to Alderon. So, is it consequential?
