JV partner?

I think a good solution would be for them to jv with a major. If there are a few majors interested in this project, you won't see a lowball offer. I think getting financing is unlikely, so our best scenario would be a jv with a major and I know it would be soemthing for the tune of 75% of the project. That option al least keeps us in the game and it's better than the alternative.

I like many others here have taken a beating on this one. But with sp so low, it doesn't make sense to sell now, because deal to keep project running will give sp a lift, especially over time. Her's hoping. IMO. GLTA and Merry Christmas and always remember what is truly important in life.
