I also cannot find anything of significance on this new fellow other than he is from Jeff's state of Texas. I find it odd that Jeff has a law degree and he needs to brings on another one? Is he that busy?

Possibilities:
There was a cross arbritration award to GII he could be working on that or perhaps he will be working on ironing out the legalities surrounding the JOA so that they could proceed with siesmic at 1711.
It was suposed to be settled a couple of months back.
The PSC for Lotshi will also have to be renewed in March.
We also know that another PP will be coming up very soon as the last PP will be spent very quickly to cover the companies costs and management salaries.

Fidelity is the buyer today bumping up the SP.

BTW what ever happened to that whale watching, Exxon marriage talking twist the truth guy?
He must have unloaded his position back in April all while trying to tell everyone how everything was just grand while we still wait for?????
