RE:RE:Donville on BNN Market call Dec 24The fact that the bottom line appears to be lackluster the last 2 quarters is nothing new. So nothing new presented in Donvilles comments. He wasn't necessarily negative on the stock, he still has it as a "watch". I don't see what the big issue is here. It's not like its a mystery as to why the bottom line has been hurting. We've deployed capital, raised equity with some share offering etc, all for the purpose of expansion. And expand at a incredible pace at that.Fleet is almost double now in a little over a yr, and now multiple offices in the United States established. Almost more important is the fact that total Revenue keeps breaking records every quarter, which analysts seem to have failed to mention the last couple quarters. So once some of these latest one time expenses are behind us and the increased fleet is all out making money, there should be some stellar quarters ready to come down the pipe. Lots of pipeline work ongoing, and yet to commence in north america, economy picking up in canada and the us...should be more work that we can handle. The more trucks we have the more leveraged we are to take advantage of this uptick in the economy. I see nothing to worry about here with Lonestar it looks to me like they are doing the right thing here, especially while money is still cheap. Dont forget sometimes these analysts put the scare on ill-informed investors for the purpose of driving the shareprice down with panic selling, only to provide a better buy-in point for themselves. Just keep adding on the dips and I am sure 2014 will be a good yr for us here.
