The unknown risk here is the possibility of operational issues that are holding this company back, and it may well be a part of what is happening here. But any company growing like LSI is will have some growing pains. This is not a deal killer. Imhof alluded to the fact that he felt it was performance related. Who knows, he may be trying to drive the stock down.
All the other points you listed are dead on. They have pricing power in this business right now and it may get even better in 2014. They need as many trucks as possible. I look at Badger and their lock on this business and can't help but think there is plenty of reasons to see this stock much higher in 2014.
