Management like everybody else works for itself, lining their own pockets UNLESS they own a lot of shares and options of the company themselves.
 
In that case, by working for themselves they indirectly also work for the shareholders, having the same interest.
 
This is why you should ALWAYS check how many shares management owns to see if they work in their shareholders  interest.
 
Never ever buy a company where management is not the major shareholder.
 
I only bought AOS to cash in on the $56 million. The moment the company receives the money I sell.
