Even if the management has a ton of shares that dosn't necessarily translate into them wanting to improve the company or shareholder value.Hell they can give themselves more shares at a whim for 'COMPENSATION" whenever they feel like it.The old standard that if management is buying shares is a good thing is a red harring,used to have some importance but not anymore unless it's a blue chip.It's just another way to entice new shareholders to jump in.One of the many tricks used.Most juniors put no relavance on the retail shareholder and probably could care a less if they are there or not.It's all about them.
