There is a fine line between being negative and slandering a person, justly or non justifiably. When I post on this board, I am legally responsible for what I say publicly. The management at Stockhouse also have to monitor what goes on because they could also be held accountable under certain circumstances. Even though, to a lay person when it would seem quite obvious that the CEO of the company he invested in was lying, this does not mean he should make defamitory comments on a public board. With respect to Orbite, I was outraged at the statements RB and his people were issuing at confrences JUST PRIOR to the March admission of utter Failure to even come close to achieveing the timelines outlined for the completion of commissioning of the HPA plant. No matter how tempting it is, this does not give me a license to make statements that I could possibly be held liable for. It is one thing making abusive comments to a pseudonym which is quite common on this board, but quite another in leveling the same charges to someone who has legal rights.
