Its limestone exploration includes Hunters (EL9627), EL8883 Meloola and EL8833 Boona Gap, Gleninga South (EL9598) and Gleninga (EL8882). It also focused on rare earth elements exploration, which includes Minore (EL9031 and EL8961).

It's not the number of shareholder votes. It's the number of shares voted. A single shareholder with a 100,000 shares voting "Yes" would out vote 9 shareholders with 10,000 each, that were voting "No". Or vice versa. As well, if you're buying SIM, make sure you're buying a multiple of both the 1.175 offset, and the consolidation multiple. For example, 36,000 if I'm not mistaken. Otherwise you'll end up with an odd lot, and likely as well lose as many as 3 shares, depending on the wording in the agreement fine print. Just sayin.
