You say the cartel WILL resume. You are very definitive about that in the title of your post. However the title of the article is Russian Belarus potash cartel may resume after breakup.
Sometimes it just feels like you twist things a bit much. Ya know what I'm saying brother?
And it's funny how you give politicians words any value because you were quoting some ambassador the other day as though what he says has to be true. You gave a lot of value to the words of the Ethiopian Minister of Mines when she was telling Abasov that the mining licence would be granted shortly within weeks. Weeks became months.
Oh you silly boy with your trust in politicians and experts and CEO's. Your innocence is almost cute but a bit dangerous too.
