Sorry, why should an IR person be gone for telling shareholders that anyone who works after Dec 31 is "volunteering"?  Because the truth hurts your feelings?  It wouldn't surprise me if this comes from the SAME posters who used to say,  "Oh don't worry about dewatering/finance/lawsuits etc because if there was a real problem IR would have to tell us."
