An Approach to the vote

An Approach to the vote
It seems to me, and I am far from experienced in boardroom matters, that we perhaps have a collective role here. After a lifetime in trades union politics and the power of the block vote, I believe collectively we could make a difference. If the current Board walk this vote they are going to be so complacent and use it to justify their position and nothing will happen. On the other hand I am not impresssed by Front Four either, especially from what I read on p. 25 and 26. I believe that we should come up with a slate of 3 potential directors of our own taken from Front Fours suggested nominees, and collectively vote them into a directorial position. This would shake up the current Board, give Front Four some boardroom influence without giving them control (If they want that then they should buy it) and serve notice on the current directors that if things dont improve we can revisite the Board composition at the annual meeting.
Dont know what others think.
