Sumeroil... the reason for me posting to you was to see if you saw that certain directors had lent the co. money re: the latest MD&A's... When I spoke to Simba before xmas he said that the CEO personally... put $250K into SMB's treasury... I would guess that the shares were for bills, etc... If any insiders got shares and/or sold them (as your inference) they would show up on insider reports... and they would have had to declare that the shares went to insiders... so I think you are incorrect on that part of your assumptions... And if the CEO has been lending the co. money... that has to be a good thing...? At least until a deal is announced...? HNY, best in '14 to all
