In my books, if a person is not performing - they should be canned - PERIOD.
The only good thing they have done is loaded their shares while getting paid for sitting on their buttts.
The product by the way is wanted. The price tag is not nor is the constant fee for each use. Lower the price, provide more packaging deals, get it in the stores. So what if EKG gets $50 per unit instead of $150 currently clear per unit. Get it out there - there is thing called volume sales ya know.
So yes, simi should be let go for not performing like any other employee. By the way, Langer should cut salaries and at minimum cancel option incentive plan until performance is at least met.
Ya don't just pay or give bonus for an employee for showing up - AND DOING NOTHING.
