Wishfull thinking.. That's asking a little too much, don't you think ;-)

for or my part the price can deteriorate even more but 4 cents is very close to ground zero.

It needs to get the the permit for everything else is basically useless to us. If a permit is granted than for one would it would take a great deal of pressure out of the stock and time will allow the chart to climb again.
