The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Happy to see that we have finally broken through $.35 and better yet we closed at $.365. Now we wait until Monday as i can't imagine we won't get the long awaited test results from LC-2 and Rumi-1. We should also hear whether they will increase production at LC-1 which at the moment seems quite restricted.
I think we may also get the 2014 Production Guidance which should include the plans for El Porton (Crypto-1 & Curiara-1), LLA-10 and La Guira-2.
Should be a very interesting first half of 2014. We should begin to see a share price that is more reflective of the company's success.
