So, cutting out parts of my post and using it as a "quote" before you reply, tricky... you obviously are a "potentially paid" professional basher and I will give you a slight glimmer of credit for this...

My reasoning, may not be approved by all, but here it goes. 

1) Merlion you keep going on and on about the depth of the gold in question, but there are many other resources in the ground here ( i.e. gold, copper & silver)

2) Drilling news is imminent and we are currently waiting for results from two drilling rigs that have drilled a section that is believed to be of higher grade.

3) PEA is expected in early first quarter of 2014 and I do believe it is the first quarter of 2014

4) Cost of exploration for this deposit is roughly 2.00 per ounce if I recall correctly. I believe this to be an extremely low cost for exploration, but alas I do not have very much expertise in this area.
 
From you some of your posts I gather you think you understand mining in Ecuador very well.  Would you mind explaining the reason that you never take into account the additional resources other than just gold?
