ICSIDHas anyone read the CR-Canada Investment Agreement? I did, both eng/spa versions. It seems that CR is in its legal right to decline the arbitrage if: 1)- Environmental issues are involved or 2)- A CR court already ruled about the same legal issues that are to be presented in the ICSID case.
