is it a buy or not?

is it a buy or not?Happy New Year to all, I have been in this stock for years, I think there is value today but regardless of the value, this stock has a strong seasonal pattern and now is the time to buy. Please refer to a 3yr or 5yr chart and from here it will usually go up for about 3 months. I am not sure how it will do this year since they started to pay dividend but I am here for the long term anyways. Regards, Fearless
