11.4.1 - QAQC measures were implemented on remaining 61% of samples samples collected during Stage 2. The results for the laboratory reference materials used as part of SGS’ internal QAQC procedures have not routinely been reported. There is an inconsistency in reporting these internal QAQC results on the certificates produced by the SGS and so SRK is unable to fully evaluate the consistency and accuracy of the primary laboratory titration analysis results.
