I'm feling your pain with "What a disapointment.". Although I'll bet many of us would have liked to have recv'd a more detailed action plan by now, I have decided that I can't change their mindsets, so I simply won't invest another bloddy dollar here until they come back to planet earth and start treating thieir shareholders with the respect they deserve.
