FYI, see below: Release of Escrowed Shares pursuant to Nova Merger Agreement In addition, Allana announces that pursuant to the terms of its merger agreement with Nova (see press release dated November 1, 2012) Allana shall release 28,240,488 of the Allana Escrowed Shares to the former shareholders of Nova common shares and shall cancel 7,369,484 of the Allana Escrowed Shares effective November 1, 2013. Following the release of the Allana Escrowed Shares, all obligations of the merger agreement shall have been fulfilled.
