I agree therefore I would like to comment: - All the previous news regarding acquisitions and growth are today reflected into a business contraction focusing only on the Canadian market. - All previous financial projections and forecasts havent been achieved, now they sell half the company. - The results will reflect a reduction in the anual revenue. - They have not grown the Canadian operation in years, all growth has come from acquisitions. Now will they be able to grow the Canadian operation? - They communicated a couple of times that the Europe operation was profitable and the Canadian operation was not. We will see if they are able to reflect any profit. Is the board controlling decisions? or is the CEO doing everything himself? Have they taken any successful decisión in the past years?
