Below, IMHO are the funding options -
debt: 40% to 65%
partners: 30% to 50% with 10% to 30% discounted potash from market price
partner equity: 5% to 15% [ at 1.10 ]

Best to accumulate and avoid selling as profits are going to be in multiple !!!
Forecast is that Stock price runs up to $1.10 the expected partner equity sale price.
