buy, hold, sell?

buy, hold, sell?
I took my profits on the last big runup.  I'm wondering if I should take a quick profit and move on.  On the other hand, this latest rise seems like it has a solid rationale behind it.  If they are indeed getting repeat hardware revenue that dramatically changes the business model and prospects for the company, and I am still very impressed that they are partnered with Qualcomm.  Looking for someone to tell me all the negatives that I might be overlooking.
