first line - Molybdenum output as a by-product of copper mining is expected to increase over the next couple of years.

Conclusion - Supply of moly is increasing assuming that existing primary moly producers maintain currennt output. No shutdowns announced yet - TCM maybe, who knows what Chinese and Russians are doing.
