The word is that they are not realeasing information because Sintana has not paid, and they do not want to have Sintana know any results, nor move forward at all with testing, until Sintana has paid up. They do not want to allow SNN to have a free option to pay or not depending on the testing results.
They are apparently both trying to resolve matters, and the expectation is that in the next few weeks it will be resolved and testing can move forward.
We shall see
