RE:RE:Callinan Management Heads Up Please on Hudbay Litigation$1

No I didnt send it to them.  I expect what I have to say does more good for the stockholders interest when  posted on this board than sent directly to management.   Management has let this litigation matter drag on for years.
 I dont want to question managements deal making savy, or even its interest in doing well for the stockholders longterm.  I do question managements appetite for standing up to a bully and wish to point out that if management is in possession of Gonads, it appears to be a well kept secret.

   If my suggestions are valid, word will get to management, and to stockholders who may be better postured than I to get managment's attention.   Also gives Hudbay something to think about, like what would happen if  Callinan Management suddenly grew Gonads.  
      And regretably, I am not qualified to definitively state that Callinan is entitled to an injunction, or would even be credible in court asking for one.    By posting it here, as an aggressive creative idea,
it gives others who are qualified, the chance to tell management.  It also tells Hudbay that Callinan stockholders are demanding that Hudbay be held accountable and that aggressive action is warranted.
