RE:Buyout ??

RE:Buyout ??Tim,

I do recall a podcast interview with Eric Fier distributed in November I believe and do recall him discussing possible acquisition targets however I do not recall him specifically stating the buyout of Santacruz. That being said, he did outline that he would like to acquire projects (i.e. past producing mines, final stages of exploration type of projects) within a 50km radius of Santa Elena. He believes (as do I) that area is rip with potential and wants to create a mining district around Santa Elena. He did mention that he was looking at a some possible projects owned by grassroots and public companies.  Now, personally, I looked at the packages owned by SCZ and noticed that the San Felipe project is quite close to SVL and was a past producing mine a long time ago.  It appears the project geology resemble quite close to Santa Elena too.  Eric stated that he would rather not do a buyout but a land purchase...so I would speculate that there was some discussion with SCZ on buying the San Felipe project only.  Again, I am purly speculating..I have no 'real' information to base it on but to me it makes sense as a possible target.
