It owns a portfolio of hotels and net lease service and necessity-based retail properties. The Company owns over 221 hotels with approximately 37,000 rooms or suites located in over 36 states, in the District of Columbia, Ontario, Canada and San Juan, Puerto Rico. It owns approximately 752 service-oriented retail properties with over 13.3 million square feet located in approximately 42 states. The Company’s net lease portfolio is occupied by over 175 tenants, which is operating approximately 137 brands in over 21 industries. The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service and casual dining restaurants, movie theaters, health and fitness centers, grocery stores, automotive parts and services and other businesses in service-oriented and necessity-based industries.

Just watched Dave on BNN.

He was very careful not to provide 'definitive' guidance for 2014 which from expericence, last time he did that was 2008, and we all know what happened back then. Since then, most companies are very careful providing any guidance after the 'great recession'.


A little hesitation on the question, what key customers when BNN mentioned the website declaration... which could be a 2 sided coin... some lost some key ones to be added.

Aquisitions? 91M in the bank and they are looking...

Being Aquired? Slight pause. General feeling is they want this to grow and grow it themselves. Although a rough ride experience pre-2013, I get a good feeling for 2014 going forward.

I think a permanent bottom $3 resistance is safe until the next big news pushes it up to a new resistance.
