I think your reasoning is on the money. I talked to Bill on Tuesday and he is as frustrated as we are about this. L3 will announce something themselves when they are good and ready, but Bill is not allowed to until they give the go ahead. Bill is expecting that we will get the full certification for Airbus within the next week or two. Perhaps L3 will be ready to announce then.
