RE:News Two Oil Discoveries

RE:News Two Oil DiscoveriesYes, very good news.  Production keeps climbing, new discoveries to push it further.  What puzzles me is the 2014 drill program cost.

If they have roughly $85M in cash, and are growing that pile by around $250,000 per day, why are they only spending $191,000 per day on the 2014 drilling program?  Didn't they spend $80M on the drill program last year?  Why only $70M now?

What are their plans for the rest of the cash?  I was expecting to see about a $110M drill program for 2014.

Please, please, please, someone say 'Special 15 cent dividend to shareholders'.  Otherwise, I've got to think they are either about to buy someone, or are in negotiations to be bought themselves.
