Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

We Need To Shake Out All These Nervous Investors .....

Again!!! It happened in the $1.90 range and then again in the $2.40 range and now in the $2.80 range. Always good to get new skin in the game.
Let's now hope that our production from our existing fields can get a bump in production as we move through 2014. We do have some interesting workovers happening that could give us a nice uplift.

Bigger Fish have got to be looking hard at Ithaca. If they wait to long then good old Ithaca will be all cashed up and then turn the tables and acquire these companies.
They don't want Ithaca to get to big. This after all is one big game and everyone understands the rules. It's all about survival in these shark infested waters!!!!
