The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced Sept. 16, 2013.

Second tranche

 

Number of shares:  Two million shares

Purchase price:  7.5 U.S. cents per share

Warrants:  Two million share purchase warrants to purchase two million shares

Warrant exercise price:  7.5 U.S. cents until Sept. 15, 2014

Number of placees:  One placee

Insider:  Aura International Services Ltd. (Michel Deller), two million
