RE:RE:RE:RE:LOIthe key is the signing of the definitive agreement... which means converting it from intent to a contract... Guinea announcement by end of January will be nice... but also has to be converted. When those 2 deals are done, cash in hand & work starting, the market might just start paying attention to smb again...
