RE:RE:Entice

RE:RE:Entice
MEI has a three-year lease on the Entice land and an option for three more years. Like oilsandsbaby says, a company this size will have more than enough on its hands with just the current portfolio and the limited time-frame. That said, if MEI is thinking long term, and ECA is moving ahead quickly to divest legacy railroad lands (I keep coming across stuff that mentions the Clearwater royalty lands, some of which is just northwest of MEI's new property), than MEI may have to act quickly to snap up the other sections checkerboard to theirs. Whatever happens, I strongly believe it was a coup to get first shot at these under-developed lands!
