Star Diamond Corporation is a Canada-based company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. These Fort a la Corne mineral dispositions are located in the Fort a la Corne Provincial Forest, approximately 60 kilometers (km) east of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. It also holds a 100% interest in the Buffalo Hills Diamond Project, located approximately 400 kilometers northwest of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The property covers a total of 21 mineral leases covering an area of approximately 4,800 hectares (ha).

I know I sound like a broken record to many posting on here but it does bear repeating for some who weren't tuned into this stock before. The shareprice tripled in around 20 trading days in Aug/Sep 2009. Then they announced a Private Placement . And this happened in the fall of 2009 when the economy was on life support and purse strings were tighter than a nun's wazoo.
By the way we've seen a 90% increase in shareprice from Dec. 19th. Sure feels like we're headed for a private placement to me.
