RE:Potential Dilution

RE:Potential DilutionReally, that much?  I assume this includes all the options that have been issued as well.

I haven't looked at the options but based on the current outstanding and this PP I thought the number would be more like 160,000.

According to the TSX website there are currently 108,068 issued.

This PP will issues 33,400,000 shares for each unit. Each warrant is for half a share so an additioanl 16,700,000 shares (at $0.27 mind you). Then the Finder will get 2,672,000 warrants or 1,336,000 shares.

So my total is

108,068,000
33,400,000
16,700,000
1,336,000
159,504,000

Again, I haven't looked at the number of options but there can't be 80 million of them. With 250 million outstanding it will be very difficult for this company to get to $1.00. Companies with a vlaue of $250 million are very rare.
