China buying al lthe gold for a good reason---We should all be impressed by their foresight---they realize the US Dollar could potentially be in serious danger---and all the debt they own might be worthless one day...gold would be the best hedge---plus i have some articles saying how they want to back their currency so the world can eventually move away from the dollar.
Granted, even if that happens it could take many years....The stock market is funny though, everyone seems blind to the signs until one day the market wakes up and suddently everyone starts to react...creating a cascade of selling pressure for the event....panic buying rarely happens...only in major short squeezes---but panic selling is somewhat common....
Will the $ tank this year or next? maybe---is the US economy strong? sure if you are more blind than Helen Keller....  will be interesting year either way.
